You will utilize your ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS to efficiently:
- Process purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Handle receiving orders, verifying the accuracy of shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Manage invoicing for orders for all lines of business, ensuring all details are correct and invoices are sent promptly.
- Update order statuses, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
- Handle return merchandise authorizations, ensuring all returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Make necessary updates to system configurations, ensuring all settings are current and accurate.
- Accurately file e-rate claims and state contracts in a timely manner.
- Perform month-end inventory duties ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Manage and respond to communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Address customer billing questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Participate in weekly Purchasing/Finance L10 meetings, discussing updates and strategies.
- Assist the company by completing all other job duties assigned.
- Oral Communications – Speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations; respond well to questions; demonstrate group presentation skills and participate in meetings.
- Written Communications – Write clearly and informatively, edit work for spelling and grammar; present numerical and statistical data effectively and read and interpret written information.

- Presentation – Deliver business, non-technical, and limited-technical presentations to audiences of 20-150 individuals.

You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification and work experience requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience with Connectwise, Quosal software a plus.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG’s insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
