- Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
- Minimum of 6 months OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship is needed, along with BLS certification.
- Provides direct perioperative, PACU, or OR patient care, emphasizing evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Supports ongoing education and competency validation through clinical educators.
