Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our clients. You'll guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they harness the full potential of our software and become thriving Phorest advocates. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a fun and supportive team environment.
Manage accounts monthly across the full onboarding customer journey; the expected total will likely not exceed 20 accounts per month, but you will need to be flexible based on team needs.
Build value for salons quickly and effectively, including orchestrating their onboarding journey, education through Phorest Academy and/or ILT’s, and working with the salon owner or key staff to plan for a successful long-term relationship with Phorest.
Ensure the salons are fully adopted to the software and the features made available to them dependent on their package. Including Phorest Pay, Online Store, and Online Reputation.
Work with the sales team to support successful onboarding and provide "Graduation" calls to each salon owner to demonstrate the value they are getting from Phorest before they progress to the Grow team
Forecast your month with your Team Lead. You will be responsible for getting your forecasted accounts live within the month
3-5 years of professional experience in a client-facing role
Experience in the salon industry, experience with scheduling software, and familiarity with Gainsight and is a plus
Amazing organization and prioritization skills, you are great at juggling multiple work streams
Customer-focus
You ask incisive questions and are comfortable discussing complex customer requirements
You are proactive in how you communicate and responsive to incoming requests
Strong empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Ownership of the point of escalation - you provide clients with action-based solutions
A competitive streak - you like to set goals for yourself and exceed them.
