What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding from signed agreement through full adoption, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation experience.
- Manage pilot programs and paid implementations, coordinating setup, training, and post-launch follow-up.
- Develop and maintain the TRULEO Knowledge Center — organizing content, training materials, and client resources for self-service learning.
- Oversee Voice ID setup and configuration for new departments, ensuring accuracy and user readiness.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve onboarding processes.
- Track implementation milestones and report on client progress, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for departments throughout their first 90 days, driving activation and long-term success.
- 2–4 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles within SaaS or tech startups.
- Strong organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple departments and timelines at once.
- Technically proficient and comfortable walking users through configuration and setup steps.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Based in or near Greenville, SC.
