O.H.S.O. Brewery + Distillery is a local restaurant, brewery, and distillery that is a dog-friendly, social hot-spot with four locations across the valley. Each location has the same casual neighborhood vibe with their own personalities. Guests can brew their own beer at our nano-brewery in Arcadia, tour our distillery in North Scottsdale, dine in the middle of our two-story brewery in Gilbert, or check out our production facility in Paradise Valley. We are all about creating unique and approachable beer and spirits in a fun, open environment. All of our locations feature expansive dog-friendly patios complete with water dishes, house-made dog treats, and plenty of attention. Job Description
The Busser's role is assisting chefs, bartenders, servers, and hosts by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure quick and friendly service to our guests. A busser's main priority is setting and clearing tables and maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room. Food runners and bussers work as team and pool tips. A food runner’s main priority is delivering food from the kitchen to the guest rapidly and accurately. Bussers are expected to assist with running food and food runners are expected to help bus tables.
