We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and professional **Office Receptionist** to serve as the first point of contact for our Cleveland office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Support administrative staff with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and security procedures for all front desk operations
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
