Position Summary
The Office Manager will play a central role in our administrative operations, acting as the bridge between leadership, cleaning managers, and the sales team. You'll help forecast staffing needs, manage employee onboarding, support team scheduling, and ensure that client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination & Communication
- Schedule interviews and support onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate with Cleaning Managers and Sales team to forecast upcoming hiring needs.
- Maintain communication loops between operations and field staff.
- Administrative Operations
- Manage and verify employee time cards.
- Compile and complete monthly labor reports.
- Maintain and update internal scheduling tools and tracking systems.
- Client & Contract Support
- Field incoming complaints from client contacts and ensure proper delegation and follow-up by Cleaning Managers.
- Schedule and perform routine walkthroughs with clients to maintain satisfaction and service quality.
- Office duties
- Previous office or administrative management experience (janitorial or service industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with time-tracking software and reporting tools preferred
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
