Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that require sound organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
