Office Administrator Description


Our client is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to join their team in Littleton, CO (company size: ~600 people). This role is essential in supporting daily office operations and providing executive assistance across multiple departments. Responsibilities include managing special projects, expense reports, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while accurately managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain cross-departmental exposure and grow within a dynamic organization.


Office Administrator Responsibilities


• Provide office administration and project support across various departments

• Support the Executive Team with expense reports, travel arrangements, & ad hoc requests

• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, catering, and preparing presentation materials

• Greet and assist office visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner

• Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and distribution

• Oversee mail processing—collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

• Maintain and update office policies and procedures as needed

• Provide support to accounts receivable and accounts payable teams as needed

• Assist with data entry and data cleanup projects

• Coordinate office needs with building management and third-party vendors

• Maintain the general tidiness and organization of the office, meeting spaces, & kitchen area


Office Administrator Qualifications


• 3+ years of office administration experience is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software quickly is required

• Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment is required

• Professional (business-casual) appearance & punctual attendance required

• Ability to work 100% on-site in Littleton, CO, is required
