Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and reliable Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations

of our office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive

approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As the Office Manager, you will

ensure smooth office operations, provide administrative support to teams, and ensure that the

office environment is productive and well-maintained. Starting pay for this position is $25/hr.

Job Responsibilities

  • Office Management
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Manage relationships, contracts, and negotiations for building-related services
  • Supervise facility management, including office layout, maintenance, and space planning.
  • Handle office-wide communications and coordinate announcements.
  • Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings.
  • Organize and cater off-site meetings and corporate events.
  • Human Resources Liaison
  • Act as a bridge between employees and HR leadership
  • Maintain and manage a digital repository of employee HR files
  • Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are communicated and followed.
  • Sit as Co-Chairman on the company’s Culture Committee
  • Onboarding & Termination
  • Support onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and tech setup.
  • Facilitate termination procedures, including exit interviews and equipment returns.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and census data.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits tracking.
  • Address employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Coordinate Uniform and Apparel orders and manage inventory
  • Ensure hand receipts are signed and saved to the employee's HR file for all issued uniforms
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize team-building activities and company events.
  • Facilitate employee recognition programs and shout-outs.
  • Office & Event Planning
  • Plan and organize company-wide events, parties, and off-site meetings.
  • Coordinate scheduling, venue booking, accommodations and catering.
  • IT & Technology Support
  • Act as the primary contact for IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage tech devices, including inventory, distribution, and replacements.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Ensure company IT policies are followed.
  • Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure contracts are up-to-date and services meet company standards (yard service, janitorial services, etc.)
  • Employee Injuries & Workers' Compensation
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of employee injuries.
  • Assist in filing and managing workers' compensation claims.
  • Coordinate with HR and insurance providers to ensure timely claim processing.
  • Maintain records of workplace injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist the Safety Champion with safety training and upholding a safe working environment.


Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Time management skills
  • Basic software understanding
  • Self-motivation
  • Computer/Typing skills
  • Service Titan (preferred)
