Description

Louisiana Behavioral Health Services of Seaside Healthcare (Phoenix Family Life Centers) is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The perfect candidate can promote a positive work environment – with a positive attitude. The Office Administrator is responsible for the on-site operations of the agency.

Our mission is to improve the lives of our patients and their communities through outcome-based, cost-effective mental health services delivered with dignity and respect. Our team strives to maintain a positive, enthusiastic environment aimed at helping individuals achieve their maximum potential.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Implement and manage site processes as developed by Leadership.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills with diverse populations including families, public, peers, and staff.
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft Office to complete daily task and mandatory reports.

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1 Year qualifying experience that demonstrates knowledge and experience in business management
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
