Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles to lead patient care and staff management in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Provide personalized care, develop and implement policies, and serve as a liaison between administration and staff.
- Supervise nursing services, monitor staff performance, and assist with patient recovery.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and recent inpatient hospital experience with prior leadership roles.
