Job Summary: The Director of Nursing leads the nursing staff in the delivery of excellent care to patients by developing a high reliability culture of safety. He/she has 24/7 responsibility in the staff, delivery of care and fiscal variability for the unit.
Specifications: Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) Masters degree or proof of academic achievement toward a Masters degree in Nursing or related field and must be currently enrolled in a Masters program with a targeted date of completion preferred. Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a registered nurse.
