The Nurse Residency Program offers a year-long, paid opportunity for new graduate nurses to develop clinical and critical thinking skills through hands-on training, educational sessions, preceptorships, simulations, and mentorship.
As a Resident Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care, assess patient conditions, perform procedures and medication administration, document care, and educate patients and families.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, RN license, BLS certification (within 30 days), ACLS (within 1 year), and no prior experience required.
