Description

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Coordinator to support successful delivery of our energy efficiency programs by tracking deliverables, managing program data, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. This role bridges program operations and client reporting, helping optimize processes and monitor progress toward energy savings goals.

As a Coordinator You Will

  • Track program deliverables, monitor the project pipeline, and support day-to-day operations.
  • Review project submittals, savings calculations, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage program data and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings with trade allies and utility partners to support program success.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in program delivery.

This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD deliver high-quality, compliant programs by ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and efficient coordination of operations.

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in administrative or technical roles, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data, track progress toward goals, and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting program success.

This role requires that you reside in the state of New Jersey.

Additional Details

  • Physical Demands: Frequent computer use requiring periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration.
  • Work Environment: Office work performed in a collaborative environment with a high degree of independence.
  • Travel Requirements: No regular travel required.
