The School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri are seeking a Physician Assistant - Specialty Care II.These positions provide vital clinical support for the MU Department of Neurology & Sleep Disorders Clinic.
Outpatient opportunity
Enjoy a predictable 8-5 schedule
No weekends or call
Currently 3 other NP/PAs work in an outpatient capacity
Incentive compensation plan
Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent and collaborative care for neurological patients in an outpatient setting
Communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes
Perform treatments and interventions, educate patients and families, and facilitate clinical research
Utilize basic computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and adapt to varied work settings
