Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented National Telesales Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts across the country through proactive telesales strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term client relationships remotely.

About Us: Good Will Publishers has been in business since 1938. We strive to help local business people and professionals through the effective marketing and administration of specialized public relations programs. These programs involve the enhancement of the participants' image within their community. We seek to achieve this enhancement through the distribution of our publications and other material to designated recipient groups under our sponsorship method of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to deliver seamless client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and virtual presentation).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
