NWA Media is excited to announce an opening for a Multimedia Business Development Executive to join our expanding publications and digital solutions team. This role encompasses outside sales, focusing on retail and commercial businesses for print and various digital solutions across multiple regions like Fort Smith, Springdale, and Rogers, AR. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated candidates with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal applicant should perform well in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate success in developing and executing sales strategies for both new and existing advertisers. This position involves a hybrid work arrangement requiring some office time. Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.
In this position, you will establish critical business partnerships with marketing partners, sell print and digital advertising solutions for our publications, and ensure the successful placement of all advertising sold. Previous sales experience is essential.
This full-time position offers a commission plus vehicle and cell phone allowances. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, personal days, and parental leave.
