You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for Lockheed Martin Ocala Operations. Our mission is clear. Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that build circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro- assemblies. The facility currently has over 1000 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.

What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a First and Second Shift Supervisor for Manufacturing and Operators. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving/achieving quality, schedule and cost targets for multiple programs.
- The daily activities of a specified group of production employees while ensuring that safety, cost, quality, and production standards are met.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships.
- Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams are considered a plus.
