- Supervising a team of 10+ hourly associates in the production of the C-130 Mid Fuse.
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements and enterprise excellence.
- Managing cost, schedule, and quality performance to achieve business goals and exceed production schedules.
- Collaborating with HR and union stewards to address employee-related matters and ensure resolution.
- Overseeing employee training, performance, and compliance documentation.
- Conducting investigations and facilitating problem resolution activities.
- Participating in meetings and operational planning, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
- Ensuring adherence to company ethics, business practices, and environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards.
- Building effective interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
