Overview
Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional New College Grad - Analog Engineer to join our Memory Interface Chips team in Johns Creek, GA. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.
As an MTS Analog Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Sr Dir Analog Engineering and is a Full-Time position.
Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.
The US salary range for this full-time position is $77,800.00 to $144,600.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and create integrated circuit schematics in Virtuoso Schematic Editor
- Simulate analog & mixed signal circuit schematics with Spectre or Hspice
- Perform AC, DC, transient, noise, periodic stead-state, and transfer functional analysis
- Optimize design power, performance, area
- Provide instructions to layout engineers for physical implementation
- Review, extract layout designs using standard parasitic extraction tools such as StarRC, Quantus
- Create design reports and present results to design community
- M.S. Electrical or Computer Engineering (or Equivalent)
- Coursework: Microelectronic Circuits, Integrated Circuits, Analog Electronics, Mixed-Signal Design, Power Electronics, Signals and Systems, Control System Design
- Desire to exercise small signal and transient circuit analysis to solve problems
- Research project experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit designs
