What You'll Be Doing
- Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
- Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
- Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
- Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process — keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
- Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.
- Previous mortgage processing experience preferred
- A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Clear communication — you know how to explain things in a way that makes sense.
- The ability to juggle multiple files and stay cool under pressure.
- Comfort with mortgage systems and tech tools — we’re all about efficiency.
