Join our team as a Mobile Crisis Response Champion and help transform lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental health services.
- Provide rehabilitation services to reduce hospitalization and crisis episodes while enhancing community functioning.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields, licensure as MHP/QMHP, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsibilities involve counseling, case management, documentation, coordinating community resources, and participating in team meetings and on-call rotations.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 11:00am-7:30pm, onsite in Rockford, IL.
