We’re looking for a Metrologist to join our team in Cranston, RIand help ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurements that drive our manufacturing excellence.

What You’ll Do
As a Metrologist, You’ll Be a Key Partner In Maintaining And Improving The Integrity Of Our Measurement Systems. Your Work Will Directly Impact Product Quality And Process Efficiency, From Calibration To Continuous Improvement. You Will
- Develop and implement measurement protocols and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct statistical analyses, including Measurement System Analysis (MSA), to evaluate and optimize measurement processes.
- Perform regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measurement tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve measurement challenges and support new process development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date calibration records to support audits and compliance efforts.
- Train and support team members on metrology techniques and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Metrology, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in metrology, quality assurance, or measurement systems.
- Strong understanding of calibration processes, measurement standards, and quality protocols.
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Certification from a recognized metrology organization.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and methods.
- Experience in OGP, Hexagons (PC Dmis), and GD & T.
