Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- 1.Support the planning team on deliverables for key milestone meetings and strategies, tracking performance to determine actions in support of plans by class and month.
- 2. Build style-color level plans and reforecast monthly, owning bottom-up planning connecting to overall top-down guidance and strategies.
- 3. Partner with DTC Demand Planning to ensure product is properly secured by market, by month and influence sizing, as well as working with Allocation on average store quantities to produce the most profitable outcome while delighting the customer.
- 4. Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing, Allocation, Field and Omni Team.
- Champion of positivity, responsible approach, and a self-started that is not afraid to dive in
- Highly collaborative, working across many teams of varying levels
- You possess strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- You are a great and efficient communicator; good at listening, writing, speaking, and receptive/adaptable to feedback; a collaborative team player
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in forecasting, operatives, and/or product. Retail experience a plus.
- Proficient plus in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly, system savvy.
- Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results
