Mercedes- Benz of Loveland - Accounting and Title Assistant

This is a full-time position that requires dependability, accuracy, and accountability. Candidate must have accounting knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, initiative, and a positive attitude. We are looking for an intelligent team player who is detail-oriented, accounting-focused and looking to grow professionally. $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post accounts payable invoices. Reconcile accounts payable statements. Prepare accounts payable check runs and direct checks. Print accounts receivable statements. Follow-up on accounts receivable aged balances and email invoice copies. Reconcile and post daily cash balancing. Prepare bank deposits. Maintain A/P vendor files; request W-9's and insurance certificates. Other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using various computer programs; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Positive attitude and great work ethic. Accurate data entry and organizational skills. Able to prioritize and work independently. Accounting knowledge is required and automotive experience is a plus!
• $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)
