- The therapist works in a team-oriented, intensive family intervention unit, serving children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families.
- Responsibilities include providing family therapy, individual therapy, and case management in homes and community settings for a caseload of 12-15 clients.
- Offers opportunities for training in evidence-based treatments, weekly supervision, and collaborative clinical team participation within a strength-based, wellness-focused culture.
- Requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or completion within 60 days), Michigan credential, and experience working with children with SED.
- Must have effective communication skills, reliable transportation, and be willing to work some evenings.
- Employment is contingent on background checks, credential verification, and drug screening.
- Salary ranges from $58,843 to $66,788 annually, with benefits including health/dental insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, in person.
