Seeking a full-time Program Therapist to work with a low caseload of six clients in a residential treatment setting.
Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy, engaging in the milieu, creating treatment plans, and guiding youth mentors.
Training in Dr. Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) is provided, with opportunities for certification.
Experience or interest in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is encouraged, as all clinicians currently hold EAP certification.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and licensure in New Mexico.
