We are seeking fully licensed mental health counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for a flexible 1099 contract position in Virginia, starting January 5, 2026.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via in-person or virtual sessions.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based techniques (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
  • Maintain accurate records, collaborate with other providers, and ensure legal and ethical compliance.
  • Manage caseload independently with flexible hours, supported by billing and credentialing assistance.
  • Qualifications include current licensure, strong therapeutic skills, and proficiency with EHR systems.

Compensation is based on caseload, with a starting split of 60/40 clinician-friendly, and benefits include flexible scheduling, professional growth opportunities, and insurance support. Candidates with outpatient experience and a good standing license are encouraged to apply.
