- Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments
- Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
- Neat, professional appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- ENT and Allergy experience a plus.
