Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Wayne, NJ to find a detail-oriented Medical Biller. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in full-cycle billing who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end medical billing, including payment posting, claim submissions, denial resolution, and follow-up.
• Dispute and appeal denied claims, review EOBs, and provide thorough documentation for all appeals.
• Respond to insurance company inquiries and communicate with patients regarding account status and billing questions.
• Conduct accurate insurance verifications, documenting benefits, co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket estimates.
• Track patient account details across various insurance plans including PPO, HMO, Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Government plans, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of disputes, appeals, and reimbursement status.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior medical billing experience required.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and denial management.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills with patients and insurance representatives.
• Familiarity with EOBs and common healthcare payors a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
