As a Media Developer, you bring the vision to life. You will be responsible for preparing, creating, and producing multimedia content for internal communications and training media. What You’ll Do
- Prepare, create, and produce multimedia content for internal communications and training media across various platforms, including employee announcements, leadership messages, training materials, and event recaps
- Create engaging multimedia content that effectively communicates key messages to employees, enhances corporate culture, and supports internal campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure that all media content aligns with the company’s culture, values, and communication guidelines while maintaining visual consistency and enhance the user experience across all internal channels
- Work closely with the internal Communications team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns, news updates, employee recognition, and organizational announcements
- Collaborate enterprise-wide to develop specialized multimedia projects, including marketing related media, testimonial videos, and employee experience media
- Monitor the performance of media content and gather employee feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of media
- Stay updated with emerging multimedia production tools and technology trends and provide technical support for internal content creators and help troubleshoot media-related issues
- Monitor and manage media equipment to ensure proper functioning and production quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Digital Communication, Film and Cinematography, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to coordinate and direct production efforts in a variety of environments, including greenscreen, and with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, with a portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills
- Proficient in operating professional videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Extensive knowledge of videography techniques, composition, and storytelling principles
- Strong proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on creating high-quality, engaging, and clear media content
- To be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel
- Experience with Microsoft Teams live events or other live streaming platforms
- Experience with graphic design
- Familiarity with Frost culture and values
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D animation
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for multimedia content
