What you will be doing:
- Provide engineering support for mature product lines, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead and implement design modifications to improve product performance, reduce cost, or address quality issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production challenges and improve yield.
- Analyze field performance data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support regulatory compliance and documentation updates for existing products.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
- Provides qualifications for new/alternate vendors, components, and tooling.
- Assists in validation of foreign-sourced competitive products.
- Defines critical-to-quality dimensions and features of components and products.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required).
- Zero to Five or more years of related experience.
- CAD software experience is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%
