What You Will Be Doing
Join our team as a Mechanical Engineer and drive innovation in golf ball manufacturing. You'll lead impactful engineering projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and enabling the production of next-generation products. Collaborating with internal teams and external experts, you'll apply cutting-edge technologies to improve equipment performance and product quality. What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience, including equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to work in manufacturing environments; may involve crouching, kneeling, climbing, and off-shift/weekend work
- Domestic and international travel may be required
- Proficient in SolidWorks; experience with AutoCAD and familiarity with PDM Works a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in industrial automation and robotics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex technical information clearly
