About Your Role
This is a professional, hands-on, full-time position where you will create Process Flow Diagrams, Piping, and Instrumentation Diagrams and work with database systems and 3D model equipment. You will also be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their IT needs. This includes working on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business as well as work on other IT related projects.

This position works from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours vary and are dependent on business needs.
40-Hour Work Week
Monday through Friday, Hours may vary with the workload.
Evenings/Weekends/OT
As needed to satisfy the requirements of the position.

About Your Role

This includes working on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business as well as work on other IT related projects.
Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawings.
- Reviews engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with all other disciplines to create an accurate and complete model.
- Develop company Network back-up strategy and storage requirements.
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Install and configure VoIP hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
- Assist with password or login problems.
- Configure and deploy desktop and laptop computers as needed.
- Coordinate work with outside vendors and consultants based on assigned projects.
- Perform occasional work after-hours in the event of a service issue or maintenance, upgrade, and/or repair work.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
