• Location: Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Thurs 3:30PM-2AM.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Requirements And Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with RF scanners.
• Previous Material handling experience.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, and move around and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Required to lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.
• Frequently required to talk and hear.
• Required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and balance.
• Work with direct supervision.
• Complete job assignments on time.
• Follow all safety rules, including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
• Regular Attendance and Punctuality
• Math ability.

Sheet Metal Team Lead Duties And Responsibilities

• Moves, stacks, loads, unload material in and about the plant while rotating stock as well.
• Read and interpret routing sheets, enter, and print Purchase Orders and Labels, and assign and enter stock locations.
• Keep parts, shelves, and work area orderly. Inventory parts regularly, reporting any shortages.
• Other duties as assigned including helping with metal finishing about a 60% material handling and 40% studding being a shop helper to fill all 40 hours.
