Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Commitment to personal safety through application of Personal Safety Management System principles
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finished lube oil movement operations, including: Bulk tank set up and transfer lineup, product sampling and line flushing, hose room operations including valve line up and header hose connections, tank level monitoring of bulk inventory
• Facilitate bulk receipts by sampling railcars and bulk trucks prior to bulk loading activities
• Conduct daily hook up activities to facilitate product movement from tank farm to bulk rack
• Proficiently operate a forklift to load and unload package trucks
• Inspect inbound package trucks and ensure package receipts are accurate
• Inspect outbound package trucks per purchase order/first pass shipping notice
• Ensure the safe and precise execution of assigned tasks by consistently applying proper work practices and procedures
• Complete and accurate documentation of activity
• Complete and accurate inventory of bulk and packaged products
• Understands and complies with Federal, State, Local and ExxonMobil standards and practices
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
• May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
