Master Electrician Compensation & Benefits

• $41/hour based on experience
• $65/day per diem and coverage of all travel expenses

Master Electrician Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Michigan
• Valid driver’s license; CDL certification preferred
• MIOSHA/OSHA certifications (e.g., OSHA 30)
• 1–3 years of experience with electrical systems (preferred)
  
  

Master Electrician Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and NEC standards.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems and solar equipment.
• Mentor apprentice electricians and foster a positive team environment.
• Travel extensively to job sites (90–100%) with overnight stays during weekdays.
• Collaborate with project teams to complete installations efficiently.
