The Massage Therapist must have industry knowledge and a fundamental understanding of each treatment protocol, revising and updating where necessary to ensure each treatment upholds the standards and expectations of the community.

Physical, Mental, and Visual Skills
- Prolonged periods of standing and providing massages.
- Good verbal and organizational skills.
- Must have the necessary arm, hand, and finger strength and dexterity to provide massages.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Active certification as a licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida
- Active CPR/ AED certification is strongly preferred
- CEU Certification in Human Trafficking course as required by state law
- Experience working in Hotel/ Resort spa and/or country club environment preferred
- 3+ years experience as a professional massage therapist
