Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving growth in Customer Pay Repair Orders and Parts/Accessory sales for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM). The position focuses on increasing customer traffic to dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs through strategic in-dealer Point-of-purchase materials and targeted email campaigns. Additionally, the role supports dealership initiatives aimed at enhancing service efficiency and contributes to various new business efforts that encourage customers to maintain their vehicles across both the Honda and Acura brands. Present updates to senior leadership on program status, challenges, and opportunities. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform program enhancements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the service marketing team.

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain and evolve Express Service and Accelerated Service marketing program efforts, including POP materials, email strategy and execution, program reporting and recognition efforts, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with the Field and internal teams to scale support. Analyze performance, recommend enhancements, and develop onboarding/training materials for dealerships.
- Lead development and optimization of the Service Connect Program/ Online Service Scheduling (OSS) Project in alignment with standardized online service scheduling tools. Support dealer adoption through marketing, outreach, UI/UX coordination, and promotional efforts. Monitor usage metrics and create tools to track KPIs and deliver insights.
- Assist with PS&T Service Projects (SP) and Customer Experience (CX) Projects spanning multiple departments and divisions that bring value to AHM.
- Act as the primary contact for Urban Science regarding the ServiceView application. Promote usage, manage dealer performance reporting, support billing, and provide dealer training to maximize insights and adoption.
- Manage ongoing development of marketing assets related to Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), including POP, digital content, and web pages. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-brand execution and optimize content through performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent work experience
- 3-10+ years in a combination of automotive sales, parts, service, research, and marketing experience
- Strong project planning, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (required)
- Process management skills such as System Trees, PDCA, Cap-Do, 5-P, and SWOT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- This position will require 0-5% of traveling domestically.
- On-site with in-office days on the Torrance campus.
