SRM Concrete is seeking a high-energy, organized individual to join our team as a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content across various platforms, and supporting the planning and execution of marketing events.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content across various platforms, and supporting the planning and execution of marketing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts
- Develop, write, and schedule social media posts in alignment with marketing goals
- Monitor social media engagement, trends, and analytics to inform strategy
- Collaborate with team members to create digital and print content
- Assist in the coordination and promotion of events
- Help with logistics, materials, and on-site support for events as needed
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Various tasks as assigned within the marketing department to support our team and customers across the country
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or related roles
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to travel locally, as well as regionally when needed
- Available for evening and weekend events
