Marketing Intern

Summary

Under the guidance of the Creative and Brand Manager, the Graphic Design Intern will support the execution of visual assets across a variety of digital and print channels. Responsibilities include assisting in the design and production of website graphics, sales collateral, social media content, email visuals, presentation materials, and event-related collateral.

In addition to design work, the intern will help manage digital assets within our Bynder platform-organizing, tagging, and maintaining files to ensure consistency and ease of access for future use.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented design student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selecting sample photos for marketing material, blog posts, and website use
• Adhering to brand guidelines
• Prepare images to coincide with social and blog posts
• Assist with website and blog updates
• Assist with collateral updates
• Assist with organizing and tagging meta data on our asset management program
• Prepare PowerPoint template and assist with designing existing presentations
• Creation of various logos for products
• Creation and updates to various sales collateral
• Creation and updates to email campaigns
• Contributing to marketing campaigns
• Other projects as assigned
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High functioning knowledge of Apple Hardware,
• Must be proficient in basic design programs of Adobe Creative Suite,
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe,
• Organized, dependable and detail oriented,
• Very strong research skills, time management, and planning skills,
• Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized
• Experience with Wordpress
• Understanding of File Sharing Platforms (Box, SharePoint, and GoogleDrive)
• High-speed internet,
• Adobe Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
