Based in Westminster Colorado, this incredible team is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled Marketing Intern to share our story with a larger audience, and promote our people, projects and missions. This role will be based in Westminster, Colorado and collaborate daily with the marketing and sales teams. This role will require an individual who is responsible and thrives in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and support various marketing.
- Assist the Marcom team in their activities.
- Assist in managing contractor for office enhancement.
- Assist the creative team for video content creation.
- Ability to work in Adobe Illustrator or other graphics software to produce simple graphics for social media posts.
- Support our monthly happy hour (set up and tear down) and work late once or twice a month for company-organized events.
- Manage event and contact list as needed.
- Help update content on Wordpress.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X for content related to company endeavors.
- Use company provided tools to analyze data and gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Research industry to better engage audience through posts.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the planning committee by attending meetings and taking detailed notes.
- Organize and purchase materials and supplies needed for events.
- Help manage RSVP lists and ensure smooth check-in processes during events.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, happy hours, and career fairs.
- Attend events to manage setup, distribute swag, and document activities through photos.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in multiple social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Innovative but also able to follow creative direction.
- Possesses strong self-management abilities and takes the initiative to work both independently
- Dependable and produces quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once - must be very organized and efficient.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic Photoshop skills for photo editing and event documentation.
- Base Salary Range - $18 - $24/hr based on role, employee experience, and location
- Relocation
- Ability to work in the Westminster, CO office 5 days/week during core business hours; flexibility for hybrid & remote work
- Applicants must be a US Person (citizen or Green Card Holder/permanent resident, or protected individual
- Must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Actively attending college pursuing a Bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public
- 1-2 years of social media management experience.
