Description

Brundage Group seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in building and executing automated campaigns designed to support customer acquisition, client retention, and incremental revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing automation, has experience with CRM tools, and is eager to make an impact by driving awareness of our healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated marketing campaigns to support:
  • New client acquisition
  • Retention initiatives
  • Cross-sell and upsell opportunities for established clients
  • Develop and maintain email marketing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Collaborate with sales and client engagement teams to align messaging with audience needs
  • Segment contact lists based on persona, behavior, and client type to ensure campaign relevance
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; recommend improvements for engagement and conversion
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely deployment of assets
  • Assist with content creation and QA for emails, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including webinars, events, and social media campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on email or CRM-based campaign execution
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B marketing
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign performance metrics
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
