Marketing & Communications Specialist

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a Marketing & Communications Specialist. In this role you will support the team in helping to manage mass mail campaigns as well as run the business activities including data analysis, proofing of materials, stakeholder management, and vendor partnership.

Major duties

• Support the team by performing daily analysis via reports and assist in configuration of mail campaigns
• Partner with internal business owners and print vendors to execute campaigns successfully
• Assist in the design, review and revision of all health-related materials distributed to members while ensuring appropriateness of content, readability and translations
• Assist in the development, promotion and implementation of statewide initiatives including outreach events, healthcare education, and incentive programs
• Order and track promotional items for all products and all service areas while ensuring budget compliance and reporting financial impact
• Ensure the completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas
• Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, community events etc.
• Research data, construct ideas, lay out artwork, and/or represent employer directly before the public
• Prepare news releases, fact sheets and compose letters as needed
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of marketing or communication experience
• Print production experience required
• Data analysis and software proficiency
• Excel knowledge highly valued (Xlookup, Sums, Tables, If statements, etc.)
• PMP, Six Signs, Adobe preferred
  
  

About This Position

• Rate: $37.32/hr
• Days / Hours: Monday-Friday/8:00am - 5:00pm
• Contract length: 3 month contract with opportunity to extend
