About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead our corporate communication efforts and team. As a Marketing Communications Manager, your main duties will include creating marketing and promotional communications strategy and plans that support our customer base and current market trends. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current marketing trends, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions. Responsibilities To Anticipate For This Role

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, coach and mentor team member to ensure marketing and communication strategies, projects and goals are being met
• Prepare detailed media activity reports
• Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
• Work with different marketing teams to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies
• Manage the organization’s brand and reputation
• Consult with Leadership to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations
• Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
  
  

Qualifications Sought

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office, business software (e.g., CRM) and data analysis and reporting
• A strong understanding of effective PR and Strategic Marketing Communications
• A background in defense and government communications
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Demonstrable experience with marketing plans, media relations, and event management
• BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
• Minimum 7-10 years related experience, including team leadership
• Ability to travel (up to 10%) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
