Marketing Assistant
to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the marketing department's efforts across multiple festivals, concerts and projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for live events and marketing.

The Role
Peachtree Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Marketing Assistant
to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the marketing department's efforts across multiple festivals, concerts and projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for live events and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Administration: Submit and track invoices, reconcile credit card charges, and ensure expenses are accurately recorded and allocated in marketing ad packs.
- Weekly Digital Reporting: Compile and distribute digital performance reports for festival campaigns, identifying key insights and trends.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience demographics to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
- Initiative Tracking: Record and document all marketing initiatives across festivals, maintaining organized and comprehensive records for the department.
- Experience: 1-2 years of marketing, event, or administrative experience, ideally in the music, entertainment, or live events industry.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and report on digital campaign performance.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Airtable Knowledge: Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for Events: A strong interest in festivals and live entertainment is a must!
