About Us:
Blueview Recovery is a substance abuse treatment center providing high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketer to help grow our presence and connect individuals with the care they need.
Job Summary:
The Marketer will assist in outreach and referral development to increase awareness of Blueview Recovery’s services. This role requires strong communication and networking skills. The ideal candidate will help build and maintain relationships with referral sources, treatment providers, and community organizations while identifying creative strategies to expand our reach. The ability to think outside the box is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Assist in promoting Blueview Recovery’s programs to referral sources and potential clients.
- Help develop campaigns and digital outreach efforts.
- Attend networking events and engage with community partners to strengthen relationships.
- Identify innovative and creative marketing strategies to expand brand awareness.
- Referral Development:
- Establish and maintain connections with treatment providers, hospitals, detox centers, therapists, and community organizations.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless referral transitions.
- Seek out new opportunities for growth.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop creative marketing strategies.
- Comfortable with outreach, cold calls, and community engagement.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment programs (PHP, IOP, OP).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
