As a key pillar of Donaldson’s Mobile Solutions Revenue Operations & Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem, the Market Insights Analyst will focus on Insights & Intelligence and will transform data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making, and customer-centric execution. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to provide meaningful analytics, competitive intelligence, and modeling that directly support growth initiatives and customer value delivery.

This position will be based out of our global headquarters in Bloomington, MN.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analytics & Strategic Insights Conduct in-depth data analysis to surface opportunities in pipeline health, territory performance, conversion trends, and customer behaviors. Build dashboards that guide daily decision-making for sales and commercial leaders.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence Collect and synthesize market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform GTM strategy, positioning, and account prioritization. Create strategic recommendations that enable growth in current and emerging markets.
• Performance Reporting & Forecasting Partner with sales and finance to enhance forecasting models and revenue projections. Use data storytelling to align executive and frontline teams around performance outcomes.
• Strategic Planning & Enablement Support Collaborate on annual planning cycles, go-to-market strategies, and enablement programs by providing intelligence that aligns resources to opportunity and simplifies execution across the commercial ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and the Tech Stack team to integrate insights into tools, content, and workflows that elevate both seller and customer experiences.
• Insights Innovation & Maturity Lead the advancement from reactive reporting to predictive insights, and scalable analytics maturity aligned with 2026 and 2030 vision goals.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years in data analytics, strategy, market intelligence, or business planning roles
• 1+ year experience working with a sales team on revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM planning
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights
• Proven experience delivering presentations, dashboards, KPIs, or strategic analysis in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to work across global teams and influence without authority
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  
  

Annual Salary Range: $71,900 - $91,700.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
