Key Responsibilities
Strategic HRBP Support for a Business Line:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies that align people initiatives with business goals.
- Provide support and coaching to managers to enhance leadership capabilities and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Build and Scale: Lead efforts to build and scale HR programs, ensuring they are adaptable to a growing and dynamic workforce.
- Key Programs: Design, implement, and manage People team programs, such as:
- Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives
- Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies
- Career Development Pathways and Training Programs
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of programs, using data to drive improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partner with the global People team to standardize and scale HR practices across the organization.
- Identify and implement tools, technologies, and processes to modernize and expand the People function.
- Develop frameworks to ensure the scalability of HR policies, processes, and programs as the organization grows.
- Serve as a resource for employees and leaders, addressing employee relations matters promptly and effectively.
- Partner with leadership to develop and sustain employee engagement initiatives that align with company culture and values.
- Implement proactive strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR operations and contribute to the optimization of HR systems and processes.
- Support reporting and analytics efforts to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR initiatives.
- Act as a mentor and leader within the People team, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Champion a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven approach to HR management.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and program management roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Proven ability to design, scale, and implement HR programs that align with organizational goals.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices in the US.
- Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Compesation range $80,000-100,000.
